STUDY ROOM BOOKING
To reserve a study room, there are a number of small study rooms available for private study/meetings, please contact Mr. Fayadh or Mr. Nayef at front desk, at least one day in advance - Ext: 100 or 101 or you can send an email to Fayadh a day in advance Fayadh@KMBS.edu.kw. Please let any of them know the room you would like to reserve, your contact no., date, time, and group names.
A room can be reserved only for 2 hours (unless there are other rooms available for students, who wish to use them). Miqat /Nayef will post a note on the requested study room with your name, time and date.
If students fail to arrive at the scheduled time or within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the reservation will be cancelled and the room could be allotted to another group.

- study room (C) next to lecture room 2
- meeting room
CLASSROOM BOOKING:
- Student(s) can book a classroom through reception staff – Fayadh (Fayadh@kmbs.edu.kw) or Nayef: (Nayef@kmbs.edu.kw).
- Before the classroom booking time:
Students wish to use a projector in the assigned classroom (have to collect the projector remote control from the IT office - (**Pradeep/Syed) and sign out for the remote control.
- After students finish they should return the remote control back to the IT office.
- IT people then to check when it is returned and it is still working. Any student who do damage projectors/cables, will be responsible for this damage and will be required to cover the cost of repairs for any damage.
** Daytime, the projector remote control can be collected from any of the reception staff.
REQUEST FOR OFFICIAL LETTERS
For instance: Letters required for Ministry purposes, for employer, for sponsors, transcripts, reference letters etc.
There is a charge of KD1 for every letter/transcript issued. (This includes KD 1/- for every copy when several original copies of the same letter are requested).
Student must pay in advance KD 1/- to Mr. Mohammed (Finance office) between 2.30pm – 9.00pm from Sunday – Wednesday or Thursday between 12noon – 7.30pm. The letters will be prepared only if this is paid and a request is made IN WRITING (an e-mail will be essential). Your request will have to be sent ONLY to: Fayadh@kmbs.edu.kw.
In this e-mail, please mention the following:
- your name and your intake
- group no.
- your student ID which you can find on your admission letter or student ID card.
- The subject matter that should be covered in the letter or document.
- The prepared letters can be collected after two working days after payment of fee. This is to be collected from the front desk – Ms. Miqat – (during day) or Mr. Mr. Nayef – (evening).
Students' Drive
Students can access several important documents/information from the students' drive which is accessible only from the KMBS Computer Lab.

- Course materials per course/ intake/ group
- Thesis guidelines folder
- Notification forms: Re-sit exam/Dropped course/Class absent/ Compensation forms and more

- KMBS Information Center (including all databases and theses available in the library)
