In order for a candidate to be considered for the MBA progamme, a candidate must provide a passing score in either TOEFL or IELTS and have a minimum of three years work experience.

A candidate must also hold a Bachelor degree from a recognized university. If these minimum requirements are met, then a candidate can proceed in submitting the following documents and open a file.

• Complete Application form
• Certified copies of Bachelor’s degree(s) with certified English translation (Please bring along the original copy for verification)
• Certified copies of Academic transcripts with certified English translation (Please bring along the original copy for verification)
• Personal CV in English
• 3 recommendation letters. (these can be from work place or from an academic. It has to be on a letterhead and signed)
• Evidence of working experience (with job responsibilities). You should have at least 3 years of work experience after graduation. If you have worked part of this period during your study, then your file will go through an admissions committee where it will be dealt with on a case by case. The letter must show title and date of employment. If you have worked in more than one place, please bring a letter from each place.
• Certificates showing either TOEFL IBT minimum score of 88 or IELTS (academic) minimum score of 6.5. Those whose Bachelor degree was taught in English can go through the Internal English Preparation & English Exam Course. There will be an exam at the end of the course equally equivalent to IELTS test. 
• Evidence of Proficiency in Mathematics must be shown – candidates are required to take either GMAT, the internal entrance test in Mathematics, or the Math Preparation Course which is specifically designed to prepare you for those MBA subjects that require mathematical skills.
• Motivation letter: This letter should answer two questions and each question should be around 300 words. The questions are: 1. Why do you choose to study a Master degree and more specifically at KMBS? 2. What do you expect to gain from studying at KMBS and how will this contribute to your professional career? The letter should have your name, application number and your signature at the end.
